Shota Okuno

Debuting in 2009 as the bassist of the piano trio band WEAVER, he is known for his use of extended-range basses and excels at melodic phrasing and technical playing. His versatility in switching between various low-end instruments across genres and his solid musicianship have earned him high praise. Since 2016, he has been active as a support musician for various artists, including Sayaka Yamamoto and Michiya Haruhata (TUBE).

Even after the band disbanded in 2023, he has continued his musical activities with great energy. In September 2024, he released his first solo EP, MilesTone-I-, and in November, successfully held his first performance at Billboard Live.
