The signal junction boxes are the products we at FREE THE TONE have custom-made the most so far. They are simple devices for connecting cables, but a great many musicians use these products on their pedalboards or in their racks. To provide the highest sound quality and user-friendliness, FREE THE TONE makes full use of its expertise and know-how gained from its experience of more than 20 years in designing and building custom products. By collecting inputs and outputs of the pedalboard into one place, the following merits can be obtained.
JB-41C has one out of four lines, and JB-82C has two out of eight lines compatible with stereo plugs. This allows for connecting balanced audio signals and control signals for amps using stereo plugs.
In addition to phone jacks, DIN connectors are also available. Using a 7-pin DIN connector provides support for MIDI cables and LINK connections for the ARC series.

＜Changes in Specifications＞
With the trend toward downsizing pedalboards, there has been an increase in cases where effects pedals and tuners are placed on top of the signal junction box. In response to this, we have made the following two specification changes:
Changed terminal name labeling to silk-screen printing (JB-21B/JB-41C/JB-82C)
In the previous specification, there was a risk of labels peeling off when attaching and detaching hook-and-loop fasteners from the top. To address this issue, we have changed the specification to silk printing.
Reduced the height of JB-41C
Considering the placement of devices on top of the signal junction box, we have lowered the height of JB-41C from 56mm to 34mm.
